ROLEX GMT-MASTER II “BRUCE WAYNE” SWEEPSTAKES – OFFICIAL RULES
(“Sweepstakes”)
THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED ONLY FOR LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES OR IF YOU ARE IN ANY JURISDICTION WHERE THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED.
Participation constitutes Entrant’s unconditional acceptance of and agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.

2. ELIGIBILITY
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
VOID IN NEW YORK, RHODE ISLAND, FLORIDA, AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
CERTAIN ADDITIONAL STATE-SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS MAY APPLY.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of New York, Rhode Island, and Florida, who are 18 years of age or older OR the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, affiliates, agents, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members (whether related or not) of each such individual, are not eligible.
Void where restricted, regulated, or prohibited.
3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins March 16 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends March 30 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Sponsor’s database clock is the official timekeeper for all purposes.
5. HOW TO ENTER
A. Purchase Entry Method
During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants will automatically receive:
One (1) entry for every $1.00 USD spent on eligible purchases made through:
Entry totals are calculated on pre-tax, post-discount purchase amounts. Shipping, handling, tips, and non-qualifying items are excluded.
Collaboration knives are excluded and do not qualify for entries.
Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, offer limited-duration promotional entry multiplier windows (e.g., 2x, 3x, 4x, or 5x entries). Multipliers may appear at random intervals and may apply to all eligible products or select products only.
All purchases are final. Any fraudulent, automated, bulk, or abusive purchasing behavior will result in disqualification.
ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE): NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
(Provided in accordance with equal-dignity requirements.)
B. Mail-In Entry Method
To enter without making a purchase, Entrants may submit mail-in entries as follows:
Handwrite clearly and legibly on a 3" × 5" card:

Mail the card in an envelope with proper postage to:

Each valid mail-in entry will receive the same number of entries as the highest entry multiplier offered on the date the entry is postmarked.
If no multiplier is offered on that date, the mail-in entry will receive one (1) entry.
If multiple multipliers are offered on that date, the mail-in entry will receive the highest applicable multiplier.
Limit: One (1) 3" × 5" card per envelope.
There is no limit to the number of mail-in entries an Entrant may submit, provided each entry is mailed separately and complies with these Rules.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received within a reasonable processing period thereafter.
The drawing will occur only after all timely mail-in entries have been received and processed.
Mail-in entries are afforded full equal dignity to purchase entries.
6. ENTRY LIMITS
There is no limit to the number of entries an Entrant may obtain by either method of entry, provided all entries comply with these Official Rules.
7. PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize
One Rolex GMT-Master II “Bruce Wayne” Watch
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $20,000 USD
Actual value may vary based on market conditions. Winner will not receive the difference between stated ARV and actual value.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, including completing an IRS Form W-9 and receiving a Form 1099.
8. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS
A random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor within approximately seven (7) days after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, after all eligible entries have been received.
Odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received.
Purchase will not increase odds relative to equal mail-in entries.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified by email, phone, and/or USPS mail.
The potential winner must return all required documentation within three (3) business days, including:
Affidavit of Eligibility
Liability Release
Publicity Release (where permitted)
IRS Form W-9
Failure to respond or comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who violates these Rules, tampers with entry processes, submits fraudulent or automated entries, or attempts to undermine the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if integrity, security, or fairness is compromised due to technical issues, fraud, or events beyond Sponsor’s control.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, or illegible entries or technical failures.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation, technical failures, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
Entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited, Entrant consents to Sponsor’s use of name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without compensation.
13. DISPUTES
All disputes shall be resolved individually, without class action, exclusively in Delaware courts.
These Rules are governed by Delaware law.

15. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is held unenforceable, remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
16. FORCE MAJEURE
Sponsor is not liable for delays or inability to perform due to events beyond its control.
17. BRAND DISCLAIMER
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Rolex SA or any of its affiliates.
All trademarks, product names, and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification of the prize.
