ROLEX GMT-MASTER II “BRUCE WAYNE” SWEEPSTAKES #2 – OFFICIAL RULES

This Sweepstakes is intended only for eligible legal residents of the United States and is governed by applicable U.S. federal and state laws. Do not enter if you are in a jurisdiction where this Sweepstakes is restricted or prohibited.

Participation constitutes each entrant’s unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. ELIGIBILITY

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

VOID IN NEW YORK, RHODE ISLAND, FLORIDA, AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of New York, Rhode Island, and Florida, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, affiliates, agents, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members, whether related or not, of each such individual, are not eligible.

Entrants must be physically located in an eligible jurisdiction when entering.

Void where restricted or prohibited by law. Additional state-specific restrictions may apply.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility.

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins Monday, October 12, 2026, at 12:01:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends Friday, October 30, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

All qualifying online purchase transactions must be completed during the Sweepstakes Period.

Mail-in entries must satisfy the postmark and receipt deadlines specified in Section 5.

Sponsor’s recorded transaction timestamps and entry records will serve as the official timekeeping records, subject to correction of demonstrable errors.

5. HOW TO ENTER

There are two methods of entry.

A. Purchase Entry Method

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants will automatically receive:

Entry totals are calculated on eligible merchandise amounts after discounts and before taxes, shipping, handling, and other excluded charges.

Fractional dollars are disregarded.

For example, a qualifying purchase subtotal of $199.99 generates 199 entries before promotional multipliers.

Collaboration knives are excluded and do not qualify for Sweepstakes entries.

If an order contains eligible and excluded products, entries will be calculated only on the eligible merchandise.

Sponsor may, at its discretion, offer limited-duration promotional entry multiplier windows, including but not limited to 2x, 3x, 4x, or 5x entries.

Promotional multipliers may apply to all qualifying products or designated eligible products and must be publicly announced with their applicable terms.

All purchase entries are subject to verification.

Canceled, refunded, reversed, or fraudulent transactions do not qualify for purchase entries. Adjustments will be made consistently, and nothing in these Official Rules limits applicable consumer refund or cancellation rights.

Any fraudulent, automated, or abusive purchasing behavior may result in disqualification.

B. ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE): NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

To enter without making a purchase, eligible entrants may submit handwritten mail-in entries.

Handwrite clearly and legibly on a 3” × 5” card:

• Full legal name
• Complete residential mailing address
• Phone number
• Email address
• Date of birth

Place the completed card in an envelope with proper postage and mail it to:

Each valid mail-in entry will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry before application of any promotional multiplier.

PROMOTIONAL MULTIPLIERS FOR MAIL-IN ENTRIES

Mail-in entries are eligible for the same promotional entry multipliers offered to qualifying purchase entrants during the Sweepstakes Period.

The applicable multiplier will be determined by the USPS postmark date appearing on the envelope.

If a promotional multiplier is offered to qualifying purchase entrants at any point during the calendar date on which a valid mail-in entry is postmarked, the mail-in entry will receive that same multiplier.

For example:

• No active multiplier: 1 entry
• 2x promotional multiplier: 2 entries
• 3x promotional multiplier: 3 entries
• 4x promotional multiplier: 4 entries
• 5x promotional multiplier: 5 entries

If multiple promotional multipliers are offered on the date an entry is postmarked, the mail-in entry will receive the highest multiplier offered that day.

This applies regardless of the specific time of day the promotional multiplier begins or ends.

The applicable multiplier is determined by the USPS postmark date, not the date the entry is delivered to or processed by Sponsor.

Entrants are encouraged to obtain a USPS postmark at a postal retail counter when mailing entries near a promotional deadline.

Mail-in entrants are not required to purchase merchandise or satisfy merchandise-spending requirements to receive the applicable promotional multiplier.

MAIL-IN ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Limit: One (1) handwritten 3” × 5” card per envelope.

There is no limit to the number of mail-in entries an eligible entrant may submit, provided each entry is mailed separately and complies with these Official Rules.

Each envelope must contain only one entry card.

No purchase receipt, order number, or proof of purchase is required.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked between October 12, 2026, and October 30, 2026, inclusive.

All mail-in entries must be received by November 6, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

Entries postmarked outside the Sweepstakes Period or received after the stated deadline are ineligible.

Illegible, incomplete, materially altered, mechanically reproduced, or otherwise noncompliant entries may be disqualified in accordance with applicable law.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, insufficiently addressed, or misdirected mail, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

All eligible mail-in entries will be included in the same drawing pool as eligible purchase entries.

C. ENTRY ADMINISTRATION

All eligible entries obtained through either method will be combined into one random drawing pool.

Each valid individual entry will have an equal chance of being selected.

No separate drawing or different prize will apply to mail-in entrants.

Sponsor will maintain records of eligible entries and promotional multiplier periods.

6. ENTRY LIMITS

There is no overall limit to the number of eligible entries an individual may obtain through either entry method.

Each mail-in card must be submitted in a separate envelope and comply with these Official Rules.

Entries may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, improperly generated, or otherwise invalid entries, subject to applicable law.

7. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize

One Rolex GMT-Master II “Bruce Wayne” wristwatch, complete with box and papers.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $20,000 USD.

Actual value may vary based on market conditions, availability, and the condition of the prize.

Winner will not receive the difference between stated ARV and actual value.

The prize is nontransferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.

The winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and any additional documentation reasonably required for lawful tax reporting.

Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC or another applicable tax information return when required by law.

Sponsor will arrange ordinary insured shipping of the prize to the verified winner at an eligible U.S. address at Sponsor’s expense.

No payment to Sponsor is required to claim the prize.

8. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor from all eligible entries received through both entry methods.

The drawing will take place on or about November 10, 2026, after the mail-in receipt deadline and processing of timely received entries.

Each valid entry will have an equal chance of selection.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The drawing will be conducted using an impartial random selection process.

Sponsor will maintain documentation of the drawing and winner verification.

The potential winner must satisfy all eligibility and verification requirements before being declared the official winner.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified by email, telephone, and/or USPS mail using the contact information associated with the selected entry.

The potential winner must respond within three (3) business days after the initial documented notification attempt.

The potential winner may be required to complete and return:

• Affidavit or declaration of eligibility
• Proof of identity, age, and residency
• Liability release, where permitted
• Publicity release, where permitted
• IRS Form W-9
• Valid shipping and contact information

Failure to respond or comply within the designated period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

If a potential winner is disqualified, Sponsor may conduct another random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor may conduct reasonable additional notification attempts at its discretion.

No entrant is considered the confirmed winner until all eligibility and documentation requirements have been satisfied.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, tampers with entry processes, submits fraudulent or automated entries, or attempts to undermine the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if its integrity, security, or fairness is materially compromised by technical failures, fraud, legal requirements, or events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Any modification, suspension, or termination must comply with applicable law and may not arbitrarily deprive eligible entrants of valid entries.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, communications interruptions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify all entries and investigate suspected fraudulent activity.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, delivery, possession, or use of the prize.

This release does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any non-waivable statutory rights or remedies.

12. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, and approved prize-related statements for lawful promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Where separate affirmative consent is required by law, Sponsor will obtain such consent.

Nonwinning entrants are not required to grant a general publicity license merely by entering.

13. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited by applicable law, all disputes shall be resolved individually, without class action, in a court of competent jurisdiction in Delaware, to the extent such provisions are enforceable.

These Official Rules are governed by Delaware law without regard to conflicting choice-of-law principles.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights, remedies, or jurisdictional protections that cannot lawfully be waived.

14. WINNER LIST

To request the name and state of residence of the confirmed Grand Prize winner, send a written request to:

Winner-list requests must be received by December 15, 2026.

Requests will be processed following confirmation of the Grand Prize winner, subject to applicable privacy laws.

Sponsor may also publish the confirmed winner’s name and state of residence on its website or official social media accounts where legally permitted.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or severed to the extent necessary.

All remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

Sponsor shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, widespread technical failures, or other extraordinary circumstances, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any resulting modification must comply with applicable law and preserve fair treatment of eligible entrants to the extent reasonably possible.

17. BRAND DISCLAIMER

This Sweepstakes is independently organized and administered by TZ Knives LLC.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Rolex SA, Rolex USA, or any of their affiliates.

All Rolex trademarks, product names, trade names, and related references are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the advertised prize.

No partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with Rolex is implied.
