It's the first thing someone notices when they see you preparing a meal, offering a glimpse into the importance of what we put in our bodies. Growing up in Southern California, we were exposed to a blend of diverse culinary influences. From 5 star authetic Japanese cuisine to the worlds greatest Baja style taco stands, food is unique in its ability to create unity amongst different cultures, people, and cooking styles. As James Beard famously quoted...

 

"Food is our common ground, a universal experience."

 

Our knife journey began in the Outdoor and Military world, as our founder, Cameron Toor began designing the highest quality blades for hunters, outdoorsman, and soldiers through his previous company, Toor Knives. These blades and the processes required to make them proved to be unmatched when it came to durability, edge retention, and versatility. After years of designing and implementing these blades in the harshest environments, he decided to combine his two passions for Knife making and cooking, to create Titan Zeus, the highest quality kitchen knives available to the consumer market. 

 

As Cameron’s knife journey progressed, he sought more than just an average Kitchen knife from a mass-produced collection. Similar to what he was using in “the field” he desired a superior tool that exemplified craftsmanship and quality, but maintained an affordable price point. This influenced the creation of our own proprietary blade material, TITANOX (Titanium Inox); A superior blend of high carbon stainless steel infused with Titanium to ensure hardness, edge retention, and corrosion resistance. 

 

We proudly work with the finest steel and metal manufacturers worldwide to source top-quality materials for our blades. We painstakingly refined the design to ensure optimal performance and comfort in every slice, cut, and chop. Every aspect of our knives is meticulously examined and enhanced through innovative techniques and extensive quality control processes. Now, in 2024 we are finally able to unveil the fruits of this process as we launch Titan Zeus Knives. A new standard has been set for culinary cutlery - experience the difference.
